Detailed description

Easy scaling and installation

The powerful high-voltage PV storage system FoxESS ECS2900 series offers a storage capacity of 5.76 to 20.16 kWh. It consists of the CM2900 base module with integrated battery management system and the additional CS2900 battery modules.

The complete ECS2900 system can be modularly expanded up to 20.16 kWh (6x CS2900 + 1x CM2900 with BMS) without any time limit. The total height of the PV storage system is 0.95 m. The modules can be expanded without any time limit , giving you complete independence when configuring and expanding your storage system.

Thanks to plug-and-play installation, the high-voltage PV storage system is quickly commissioned. The individual PV storage modules are simply plugged into each other wirelessly. The data cable and battery connection cable, each 1.2 m long, are included. Therefore, no additional cables are required for commissioning.

Important: For operation with the Fox ESS H1 hybrid inverter, at least two PV storage modules are required: one CM290 base module and one CS2900 battery module (min. 5.76 kWh). For combination with the H3 and H3 Pro hybrid inverters, you need at least three PV storage modules: one CM2900 base module and two CS2900 battery modules (min. 8.64 kWh).

Can be used anywhere and for a long time

Thanks to their high IP 65 protection rating, the ECS2900-H2 to H7 high-voltage PV storage systems are suitable for outdoor installation and can therefore also be operated in the garage or under a canopy. The particularly wide operating range of -10°C to +55°C (from approximately 0°C/15°C only discharging) ensures flexible use year-round.

The PV storage system ECS2900-H2 to H7 impresses with long-lasting LiFePO4 PV batteries with cyclic deep discharge of up to 6000 cycles, which enable a usable depth of discharge of 90% for self-sufficient solar energy.

The prismatic LFP cells for energy storage ensure a long service life. Compared to other LFP and cell technologies, they also offer the highest level of safety.

The innovative natural convection cooling of the ECS2900-H2 to H7 PV storage system ensures ear-friendly operation, significantly extends the lifespan of your battery, and simultaneously protects the environment.
