Victron Energy Venus GX

The Victron Venus GX is the communication hub of your PV system . Victron Energy products that can be connected to the device include inverters, Multis, Quattros, MPPT solar chargers, and BMV battery monitors.

Quick system overview

Immediately after commissioning, you will receive an overview of your system:

• current power consumption
• Battery charge level
• Electricity yield of the photovoltaic system
• electricity supplied from the grid or generator

Remote control and monitoring

The free VRM Portal (Victron Remote Management) gives you access to the settings and controls of all system components connected to the Venus GX (or the Victron Energy Color Control GX ) at any time.

Users and installers can also perform diagnostic checks and analyze stored data from anywhere after logging in. This is also useful if you're planning a trip and want to check beforehand whether your caravan or boat is ready to go.

The VRM Portal also offers the Remote Console option for remote control of the device . Once activated, you have visual access to the Venus GX's real-time data and settings.

Aggregate start/stop automatic

The Victron Venus GX is capable of automatically starting a generator . You can choose from several starting conditions, such as low voltage or battery charge status. You can also set quiet times to prevent disturbing noise at night.

24/7 monitoring of energy storage systems

The Victron Energy Venus GX manages energy storage systems (ESS). The device ensures backup batteries are always fully charged, kicks in during power outages, and diverts excess solar power to self-consumption, saving you money.
