Smartshunt 500A/50MV

The SmartShunt from Victron Energy is an all-in-one battery monitor, but without a display. Your phone acts as the display.

It connects via Bluetooth to the VictronConnect app on your phone (or tablet) and you can easily read all monitored battery parameters, such as charge level, remaining runtime, history information and much more.

Alternatively, the SmartShunt can be connected and read by a GX device . Connection to the SmartShunt is via a VE.Direct cable .

The SmartShunt is a good alternative to a BMV battery monitor , especially for
Systems where battery monitoring is required but less wiring
and clutter is desired. It is equipped with Bluetooth, a VE. Direct connection and a connection
which can monitor a second battery, monitor the
center point or to connect a temperature sensor.

Differences compared to the BMV712 battery monitor

• No programmable visual and audible alarm.
• No programmable relay
